Get Little Creatures Single Batch Brown Ale at participating Rubber Stamp outlets now…

Here’s the spec sheet direct from the Little Creatures team…

1. Style: American Brown Ale
2. ABV: 5.4%
3. Malt Bill: Pale, munich, caramalt, dark crystal, with some small additions of rye malt, cararye malt and chocolate malt. The small additions of Rye malt will add a little bit of toastiness to the beer
4. Hops: All Australian…Tasmanian Hallertau for kettle addition; Tasmanian Cascade, Victorian Galaxy and Victorian Topaz for the hopback.
5. IBUs: 48 IBU
6. Colour: 55EBC (shade darker than Rogers’, shade lighter than Rabbit)
7. Ferment: As per standard ale profile
8. Filtered: yes but will be have some yeast reseeded back – the natural anti oxidant…
9. Bottle conditioned: no
10. Pasteurised? certainly not
11. Anything else about the beer that makes it unique? Rye malt for seasonal flavour with a nucleus of all Australian hops: with particular focus on Topaz – this is the first time we’ve brewed with it and it’s good! The brewers want more…….
12. The beer – in a nutshell: Normally a brown ale is a malty type of beer with little hop character. In this one we have some new world attitude thrown in to create a brown ale with the signature Little Creatures hop kick – perfection for Autumn….. lots of hops, lots of malt – a little bit toasty, a little bit roasty.
