We’ve found the most important ingredient of all is a brewer that’s passionate about what he’s brewing and like us, and you, genuinely loves his beer. He’s not interested in brewing some bland economic beer just to keep the shareholders and the big wigs at the boardroom table happy. He wants to create world class beer using the best quality ingredients available. The great news is that this highly important ingredient is thriving in micro breweries all around Australia, and that’s where we come in, seeking out these little gems and bringing them to you. Yep, it’s a great time to be in love!
